Job description
Trilogy Health Services, LLC is seeking an Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON) to support the Director of Nursing by planning, organizing, developing, and overseeing the Nursing Service Department's daily functions at our North Baltimore facility.
The ADON ensures compliance with federal, state, and local standards to maintain high-quality resident care, collaborating with the Executive Director, Medical Director, or Director of Health Services to implement strong clinical leadership.
