Job description
Generations Healthcare is seeking an Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON) in La Mesa, CA, to collaborate with the Director of Nursing Services in managing the Nursing Service Department and ensuring compliant, high-quality resident care.
The ideal candidate holds a CA RN license, has 2–3 years of nurse management in post-acute or skilled nursing settings, and demonstrates strong communication, teamwork, and organizational skills. This is a full-time position at Arbor Hills.
