Job description
Margate Health & Rehabilitation in Jefferson, NC seeks an Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON) to lead the Nursing Service Department. The ADON will organize and direct nursing operations and serve as a role model for staff.
The role includes relieving the DON in their absence, maintaining nursing records, and supporting communication with residents. On-call rotation with other nurse managers is required
