Job description
ExcelCare at Dover seeks a compassionate and organized Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON) to lead and support our nursing team in delivering excellent patient care at our Dover facility.
The ADON reports to the Director of Nursing and will supervise nursing staff, ensure compliance with long-term care regulations, and participate in care planning with the interdisciplinary team. Strong leadership and communication are essential.
