Job description
WesleyLife/WellSpire seeks an Assistant Director of Healthcare Services (ADON), RN for The Summit of Bettendorf in Bettendorf, IA. You will partner with the DON to lead nursing operations in Long-Term Care and Skilled households, supervise staff, and drive clinical excellence.
This on-site role requires 3–5 years of geriatric nursing experience, strong regulatory knowledge, and commitment to quality improvement and resident‑centered care at a premier senior living community.
