Job description
Haven Health Lakeside in Arizona is seeking an Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON) to lead clinical operations under the Director of Nursing. The ADON oversees resident care and clinical services, with responsibility for lab, wound care, catheter management, and medication oversight.
In the Director's absence, the ADON acts as leader for clinical compliance. Applicants must hold an active RN license and CPR certification, pass health screenings, and be able to perform required physical tasks.
