Full-Time 12 hr shift

What You'll Do
Oversee daily nursing operations and care delivery for an assigned skilled nursing unit
Provide clinical leadership, guidance, and support to RNs, LPNs, and CNAs
Monitor resident care to ensure compliance with care plans, physician orders, and best practices
Complete resident assessments and respond appropriately to changes in condition
Coordinate admissions, discharges, and transitions of care
Participate in care planning meetings and interdisciplinary rounds
Address resident and family concerns promptly and professionally
Support staff development through coaching, training, mentoring, and performance feedback
Ensure accurate clinical documentation and regulatory compliance
Participate in quality improvement initiatives, survey readiness activities, infection prevention, and resident safety programs

Requirements
QUALIFICATIONS
Current, valid, unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license in the State of Oregon
Graduate of an accredited school of nursing
Skilled nursing facility or long-term care experience preferred
Prior nursing leadership, charge nurse, or supervisory experience preferred
Proficiency with electronic health records and clinical documentation systems
Current CPR certification preferred or required upon hire per facility standards
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
Lift up to 10 lbs. regularly and up to 50 lbs. occasionally, with or without assistance
Visual, auditory acuity, and dexterity of hands and fingers within normal limits
Assist in evacuation of residents during emergencies
Ability to safely move throughout the workday, including standing, walking, bending, reaching, kneeling, and crouching
Ability to push and pull wheelchairs, beds, and equipment
May be subject to odors and exposure to infectious materials, bodily fluids, and medical waste
Ability to safely assist with resident transfers and mobility needs
Must be able to safely use all resident care and lifting equipment as required
