Job description
Encompass Health seeks a Registered Nurse to provide compassionate, evidence-based care in an inpatient rehabilitation hospital. In this role, you will assess, plan, implement, and evaluate nursing care for patients recovering from stroke, brain and spinal cord injuries, orthopedic conditions, and complex medical issues. Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team, educate patients and families, monitor progress, and support safe transitions home.
