Registered Nurse - Family Care Clinic
Assignment Duration
This is a 13-week contract position.
Schedule
Day Shift: 5x8-Hour (08:00 AM - 04:30 PM)
Job Description
The Family Care Clinic is seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to provide high-quality patient care. The role will involve working within a triage setting, administering care to adult patients, and maintaining comprehensive patient assessments using EPIC for charting. This position offers a structured schedule with no floating, no weekend or holiday requirements, and no on-call duties.
Responsibilities
Perform patient assessments and triage in a Family Care Clinic environment.
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
Utilize EPIC for charting and maintaining patient records.
Provide patient education and support for a variety of health concerns.
Conduct follow-up calls to ensure continuity of care.
Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure
Current PA or Compact State RN License in hand.
Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) required.
Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required.
Minimum of 2 years of nursing experience preferred, with experience in ambulatory workflows.
Experience in Family Care clinic and triage settings is highly desirable.
