Job description
Berlin-Nursing-and-Rehabilitation-Center is seeking an RNAC (MDS Coordinator) to coordinate patient/resident care from admission through discharge under the direction of the Director of Nursing. The RNAC will lead the MDS/RAI process and collaborate with the interdisciplinary team.
The position offers a posted salary range of USD 90,000.00 - USD 100,000.00 per year, with a comprehensive benefits package and opportunities to impact care outcomes within a skilled nursing setting.
