Job description
Vista Ridge Skilled Nursing and Rehabilitation Center is seeking an energetic Assistant Director of Nursing to provide direct resident care and help manage the nursing services department in accordance with regulations. This role supports the Director of Nursing and coordinates daily operations within a Texas facility.
The position requires a Texas-licensed RN with supervisory experience in a nursing care setting, plus familiarity with MDS/RAI processes and regulatory guidelines.
