Job description
Luxe Rehabilitation is currently seeking an energetic Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON), preferably an RN, to provide guidance to our nursing team and support the DON. You will help implement systems to meet patients' medical and psychosocial needs and oversee daily operations.
The role includes leading infection control efforts, coordinating QAPI initiatives, and assisting with hiring, training, and chart audits across shifts. This is a full-time, in-person position with competitive benefits.
