Job description
Complete Care at Voorhees is seeking an Assistant Director of Nursing (RN) to lead the clinical team and drive exceptional resident care in a warm, collaborative environment. This role focuses on mentoring staff, ensuring regulatory compliance, and advancing quality outcomes within a long-term care setting.
The position offers a full-time Day shift (Mon-Fri with one weekend per month), a $7,500 sign-on bonus, and a comprehensive benefits package including health, dental, vision, and PTO.
