Job description
Signature HealthCARE at Heritage Hall Rehab & Wellness Center is seeking an Assistant Director of Nursing to lead administrative and nursing operations within the facility. The role supports the DON to ensure quality care and adherence to company policies and government regulations.
The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of nursing experience, 1–2 years of supervisory experience, an active RN license, and CPR certification.
