Job description
Majestic Care is seeking an Assistant Director of Nursing, RN to join our team in Minnesota. The role supports the DNS, oversees nursing services, and helps lead a care team dedicated to high-quality resident care.
The ADNS coordinates interviewing, orientation, and staff development, conducts rounds, ensures regulatory compliance, and drives quality improvement while maintaining strong communication with families and residents. A valid RN license and supervisory experience are required.
