Job description
Battlefield Park Healthcare Center in Petersburg, VA, seeks an RN Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON) to lead nursing staff and ensure high-quality resident care. The ADON supports the Director of Nursing with planning, organizing, and directing operations while managing resources.
You will conduct daily resident assessments, supervise staff, ensure documentation accuracy, maintain compliance with regulations, and train team members to uphold our care standards.
