Job description
Courtland Rehabilitation And Healthcare Center in Courtland, VA is seeking an Assistant Director of Nursing to lead the Nursing Department and support the Director of Nursing in delivering high-quality resident care 24 hours a day.
You will supervise R.N.s, L.P.N.s and CNAs, ensure regulatory compliance, develop policies, manage staffing, and participate in surveys, while guiding education and performance improvements across the team.
