Job description
Green Acres Healthcare is seeking an experienced RN to guide and support our nursing team as Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON). The role focuses on clinical leadership, staff mentoring, and maintaining a culture of excellence in resident care.
The ADON will supervise daily operations, coordinate infection control, and implement ongoing staff education to ensure compliance with facility policies and regulatory standards. A strong leader with healthcare leadership experience is valued.
