Job description
Genesis HealthCare is seeking an Assistant Director of Nursing to join their Maryland team. This role supports the Director of Nursing in delivering high-quality care, improving clinical outcomes, and ensuring resident and staff satisfaction.
The incumbent will act as a clinical operations liaison, manage the nursing department budget, mentor staff, ensure compliance with state and federal regulations, and participate in on-call coverage.
