iCare Health Network in Bloomfield, CT is seeking an experienced Assistant Director of Nursing to join Touchpoints at Bloomfield. The ideal candidate will hold an active CT RN license and have supervisory experience in a long-term care setting.
This full-time role partners with the Administrator and Director of Nursing to mentor staff, oversee rounds, and uphold clinical standards while supporting ongoing training and Quality Assurance initiatives.
