Job description
Majestic Care is seeking an Assistant Director of Nursing, RN to lead the nursing department in our West Virginia community. The ADNS assists the DNS and ensures high-quality resident care and regulatory compliance.
Responsibilities include hiring, training, rounds, infection control, CQI actions, and staff supervision. Excellent communication with families and team members is essential. Active RN license with supervisory experience is required.
