Job description
iCare Health Network in Bloomfield, CT is seeking an Assistant Director of Nursing to supervise nursing staff in a long-term care setting. The position works Monday–Friday, 7 am to 3 pm, alongside the building Administrator and DON to maintain quality patient care.
The ADNS will lead rounds, oversee staff performance, and ensure adherence to nursing standards while supporting staff development and clinical governance.
