Job description
Premier at Perry Village in New Bloomfield, PA is seeking an experienced Assistant Director of Nursing (RN) to support our Nursing Services Department. This full-time role requires strong leadership in long-term care and a compassionate approach to geriatric residents.
The ADON will oversee daily operations, participate in admissions screening, ensure accurate documentation, conduct rounds, and collaborate with physicians while assisting with MDS planning and RAPs.
