Job description
Windham Hospital is seeking an Assistant Nurse Manager for Shea units to supervise patient care, clinical staff, and unit operations. The role requires oversight of daily operations, scheduling, payroll, and staffing for evenings into nights on a 4x10 schedule.
The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor’s in Nursing with 2 years of acute care RN experience; supervisory experience is preferred. Connecticut RN license, BLS, ACLS/PALS within 90 days, and dysrhythmia cert within 3 months are required.
