Job description

ChristianaCare in Newark, DE seeks an Assistant Nurse Manager for 6B Medical Telemetry to support the Nurse Manager in clinical practice leadership and delivery of high‑quality patient care. The role shares 24‑hour accountability and supervision of staff, with rotating Day/Evening/Night shifts and weekend coverage.

Qualifications include a BSN with a Masters in nursing/healthcare or business management (or enrolled within 5 years), BLS, and a related nursing specialty certification, plus 5 years
