Job description
Masonicare at Middlewoods of Farmington in Farmington, CT seeks an RN Assisted Living Director (SALSA) for day shift. The role supervises ALSA nursing staff, coordinates care, and ensures quality services for Independent residents. On-call rotation is required and extensive collaboration with Masonicare affiliates is expected.
The candidate will oversee assessments, care plans, and adherence to licensure standards, while maintaining effective communication with families and clinical teams.
