Job description
Jaybird Senior Living is seeking an experienced Healthcare Coordinator (RN) to lead the resident care team in a senior living community. You will oversee care programs, ensure HIPAA compliance, and partner with the Community Director to deliver people-centered care.
You will manage care coordination, documentation in EHR/eMAR, and on-call support, while mentoring staff and ensuring quality outcomes for residents.
