About This Role
The Registered Nurse in Behavioral Health provides comprehensive nursing care for individuals with acute psychiatric illnesses and comorbid conditions. This role is ideal for compassionate professionals who thrive in a collaborative environment and are committed to patient-centered care.

What You'll Do
Assess human responses and plan, implement, and evaluate nursing care.
Provide leadership in a professional practice setting.
Assign or delegate tasks based on patient needs and staff skill levels.
Provide verbal and written feedback regarding clinical practice and role performance.
Participate on interdisciplinary teams to evaluate clinical care or health services.
Promote patient safety initiatives and participate in department-specific quality initiatives.
Utilize the nursing process to develop and implement patient care plans.
Analyze health status and determine patient care needs.
Document changes in patient condition and notify appropriate personnel.
Participate in systematic peer review and seek feedback on practice.
Requirements
Education: Current State of PA RN licensure or current multi-state licensure through the enhanced Nurse Licensure Compact (eNLC).
Experience: Preferred certification in area of specialty.
Licenses & Certifications: CPR certification required.
Act 34 Criminal Background Clearance Certificate.
Act 33 Child Abuse Clearance Certificate.
Act 73 FBI Fingerprinting Criminal Background Clearance Certificate.
