Job description
Horizon Health is seeking a full-time RN for the night shift (7pm–7am) at Great Plains Regional Medical Center in Elk City, OK. The RN will perform comprehensive nursing care, assess patient conditions, administer medications, and document care plans for behavioral health patients.
Responsibilities include initial assessments, treatment planning, coordinating care, and communicating with staff. A sign-on bonus of $6,500 is offered with this position and opportunities for professional growth
