Job description
Catholic Health in Freeport, NY is seeking a Registered Nurse at the New Hope Stabilization Center to assess and plan care for adults with substance use and co‑occurring disorders.
The RN screens admissions, coordinates with an interdisciplinary team, documents in EMR, conducts TB surveillance, manages medications, provides education, and ensures safety throughout care transitions. A strong clinical foundation and team collaboration are essential.
