Job description
Encompass Health seeks a Registered Nurse to provide compassionate, evidence-based care in an inpatient rehabilitation setting. As part of an interdisciplinary team, you’ll assess patients, develop and implement care plans, administer medications and treatments, and monitor progress for individuals recovering from stroke, brain and spinal cord injury, orthopedic surgery, and other serious conditions. You’ll educate patients and families, coordinate with therapists and physicians, and support safe transitions of care.
