Job description

Job Description

Join Cleveland Clinic's Mercy Hospital where research and surgery are advanced, technology is leading-edge, patient care is world-class, and caregivers are family. Officially becoming a full member of the Cleveland Clinic Health System in 2021, Mercy Hospital offers a wide variety of medical specialties to the communities in and around Stark County. Here, you will work alongside passionate and dedicated caregivers, receive endless support and appreciation, and build a rewarding career with one of the most respected healthcare organizations in the world.

Mercy Hospital's Emergency Chest Pain Center (ECPC) provides a fully functional cardiac catheterization lab just steps away from the Emergency Department. This team can stop heart attacks in record time and works closely with paramedics to prepare for patient arrival. When heart attack patients are brought to the ECPC, they are admitted directly to the emergency department catheterization lab for the procedure to begin. As an RN in the Cardiac Cath Lab, you will deliver exceptional care, throughout the patient care journey. In this role, you will interact directly with patients and their families, offering the opportunity to enhance their experience and provide healthcare education as needed. Here, you will be able to master all of the components of treating patients with electrical needs within the Cath Lab as well as become cross trained in the Electrophysiology (EP) Lab. This is also a great opportunity to earn further certifications and climb the professional ladder.
