Job description
Memorial Health in Savannah, GA seeks an RN for our Cardiac Intermediate Care unit. In this role you’ll provide continuous cardiac monitoring, deliver evidence-based nursing care, and respond rapidly to clinical changes. You will collaborate closely with cardiologists and an interdisciplinary team, educate patients and families on cardiac conditions and recovery, and support safe transitions of care.
