Job description
South County Health is seeking a Registered Nurse to join our Rehab team. The RN will design, implement, and evaluate patient care, coordinating with the healthcare team and guiding staff to deliver safe, effective rehab services for cardiac, pulmonary, or vascular patients.
The ideal candidate has a nursing degree from an accredited program, current RN licensure, and BCLS/ACLS certifications, plus 1 year in critical care or cardiac/pulmonary rehab.
