Job description
Role:
The staff nurse provides comprehensive nursing care across all age groups, utilizing nursing processes to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care.
Responsibilities:
Maintain practice standards, coordinate patient care activities, and ensure quality nursing services within organizational policies.
Qualifications:
Graduate from a nursing program; Bachelor’s preferred
No experience required; new graduates eligible
Hospital experience preferred; 1 year for PRN roles
Current Georgia RN licensure or multistate license
BCLS certification required
Additional certifications may be required based on specialty area (e.g., ACLS, PALS, NRP, Chemotherapy/Biotherapy, Dialysis certification)
