Job description
Role
The staff nurse provides comprehensive nursing care to patients across all age groups, utilizing nursing processes to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate care.
Responsibilities
Maintain standards of practice, coordinate patient care activities, and ensure the delivery of quality nursing services within organizational policies and procedures.
Qualifications
Graduate from an accredited nursing program; Bachelor's degree preferred.
No experience required; new graduates are eligible; hospital experience is a plus.
Current RN licensure in Georgia or multistate license; BCLS certification required.
Advanced certifications in specialty areas are advantageous.
