Job Description: $10,000 Sign On Bonus - for eligible candidates Schedule - 7a-7p - 3x12hr shifts + weekend rotations
Identifies and formulates expected outcomes based on diagnoses, ensuring they are realistic, attainable, and culturally appropriate. Develops individualized plans of care in collaboration with the patient, family, and healthcare providers, ensuring continuity and documentation. Implements interventions from the plan of care safely, timely, and appropriately, documenting actions taken. Evaluates patient progress towards outcomes, revising diagnoses, outcomes, and plans of care as needed. Administers medications and treatments as prescribed, ensuring patient safety and adherence to protocols.

QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS:
Associate's of Nursing (Required)
Bachelor's of NursingAdvanced Cardiac Life Support Cert (ACLS) - RQI Resuscitation Quality Improvement
Basic Life Support - CPR Cert (BLS) - RQI Resuscitation Quality Improvement
Certified Nurse Operating Room (CNOR) - EV Accredited Issuing Body
Pediatric Advanced Life Support Cert (PALS) - RQI Resuscitation Quality Improvement
Registered Nurse (RN) - EV Accredited Issuing Body Pay Range: $31.44 - $54.92
