About This Role
The RN - Cardiovascular Surgical Stepdown provides direct nursing care in accordance with established policies and protocols. This role is ideal for experienced nurses who excel in critical thinking and patient coordination.

Pay: $33.50 - $53.60/hour
Location: Cleveland, OH
What You'll Do
Provides direct nursing care and implements patient care plans.
Monitors, records, and communicates patient conditions.
Evaluates and revises plans of care to achieve expected outcomes.
Coordinates all disciplines for well-coordinated patient care.
Administers prescribed medications and treatments.
Assesses and coordinates patient's discharge planning needs.
Provides education and teaching materials to patients and families.
Maintains professional growth through ongoing education.
Requirements
Education: Graduate from an accredited school of professional nursing; BSN preferred.
Experience: Minimum one year current acute care RN experience in a hospital setting required.
Licenses & Certifications: Current state licensure as Registered Nurse (RN).
BLS certification required.
ACLS certification required for critical care areas.
PALS certification required for RNs in Children's Hospital within one year of hire.
