Job description
Advocate Health is seeking a registered nurse to join the Care Coordination Center in Charlotte, NC. The role is 36 hours per week on 3, 12-hour shifts with weekend and holiday rotations, 7 PM to 7 AM. ICU, ED, or patient intake experience is preferred.
You will apply the nursing process, monitor patients, and collaborate with the care team while documenting in EHR and upholding safety. A BSN is preferred with RN licensure and BLS.
