Job description
MJHS Home Care is seeking a skilled RN to coordinate and oversee comprehensive home health plans for patients post-illness or surgery. You will assess patients, manage medications, and educate families to support recovery in the home setting.
Ideal candidates have NYS RN licensure, 1+ year acute medical-surgical experience, and the ability to work with an interdisciplinary team. A sign-on bonus or student loan assistance is available.
