Job description
Methodist Le Bonheur Healthcare in Memphis, TN, seeks an RN to coordinate care across the patient continuum within our health system. You will assess physical, psychological, and social needs and improve the patient and family care experience.
Responsibilities include caring for patients in clinical/office settings, coordinating with providers, educating patients, and documenting data. Requires Tennessee RN license and BLS; associates degree is required, bachelor's preferred.
