Job description
Aurora Health Care in Wisconsin is seeking a registered nurse to provide direct patient care across units with emphasis on safety, evidence-based practice, and collaborative teamwork.
You will assess and monitor patients, implement plans, document accurately in EHR, and participate in quality initiatives; occasional float to other units may be required; BSN preferred and ongoing professional development encouraged.
