Job description
Beth Israel Deaconess Hospital Needham is hiring an RN Case Manager to coordinate care across medical, surgical, ICU, and outpatient areas. The role emphasizes utilization management, discharge planning, and collaboration with a multidisciplinary team to ensure appropriate levels of care.
