Job description
Community Care is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) for the Family Care Program in Milwaukee, WI. The position is Monday through Friday, 8:00 am to 4:30 pm, with a $10,000 sign-on bonus.
You will manage caseloads, complete comprehensive assessments, and develop member-centered care plans in collaboration with a multidisciplinary team.
