Job description
TEEMA is seeking a Clinical Coordinator / RN Care Manager for a hospital in New York. The role focuses on comprehensive admission assessment, discharge planning, and care coordination across care settings.
Candidates should have a BSN, NYS RN license, and experience with Milliman/InterQual criteria; PRI and Screen certifications are strongly preferred. 3 years of ED/ICU/Med-Surg experience is desirable.
