Monday through Friday 8:30-5 PM Must be a licensed RN in NYS 24-4 years relevant nursing and or health care experience with client coordination responsibilities Prior experience in long-term care, managed health or insurance environment preferred Certified Case Manage (CCM) a plus Bi-lingual in English and another language a plus: Korean, Mandarin/Chinese, Spanish, Russian, Creole Must be fully vaccinated.
