Job description
Piedmont Fayette Hospital is seeking a part-time Care Manager (RN) to coordinate care, advance progression of care, and lead proactive discharge planning for a patient caseload in Fayetteville, GA.
The role requires Georgia RN licensure and nursing program graduate; 2 years acute/post-acute experience preferred; InterQual/Milliman familiarity is a plus; weekend 12-hour shifts, 7a-7p, with a sign-on bonus.
