Job description
WellMed, part of the Optum family, is seeking a Healthcare Manager to support patients with high-risk conditions to navigate the healthcare system. You will educate, empower, and advocate for patients and families to improve quality of life and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams.
The role requires RN licensure, BLS, and experience in clinical settings; you will perform nursing duties and documentation within the EMR, with a focus on coordinated care and patient education.
