Job description
WellMed, part of the Optum family, seeks a Healthcare Manager to support high‑risk patients navigating the healthcare system. The role educates, resources, and advocates for patients and families to improve quality of life, collaborating with physicians, nurses, pharmacists, social workers, and other care team members.
