Job description
Molina Healthcare is seeking a Registered Nurse to support care management and LTSS activities. You will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to coordinate member care, develop and monitor care plans, and ensure services meet medical necessity across waiver programs.
This on-site role requires 2+ years in health care, RN license, and the ability to travel 25–40% locally. You will document interventions, educate members, and support coordination across behavioral health and LTSS.
